Shrouded by the quality aroma (some say odor) of his favorite pipe weed "Eleven Stars", Martin Doscoil is now in service for the Rose of Freedom as the ever-vigilant chief-counselor. He helps Sophie as mentor for rebellion against Yamagami and work closely with other champions of Roses, overseeing and coaching the way to fight against the corporation of evil. His knowledge on how Yamagami acts against them is second to none. Back in years, he has been serving Yamagami as one of "high class manager" until he resigned straight after a tragic accident took place which resulted loosing his lower body. Nowadays many believe his true color is on Rose side. For Martin is the one conducted the modernization and militarization of the Rose Militias and taught them how to fight against Steel Enforcers of Yamagami. However, some still do not hide the doubts for he being "treacherous side-changer" yet "unbelievably loyal to the cause " .
